Elkland Borough Council is seeking a
Part-Time DPW Laborer as needed, to
assist in the daily infrastructure of the borough,
including road, park, equipment, building and vehicle
maintenance; able to respond to emergency snow, ice, flood
and severe weather; this list is not all inclusive. Must have a
valid drivers’ license. Must be able to pass a PA State Police
